E' proprio così...lo scorso 16 luglio al matrimonio dei fantastici Mattias e Gloria anch'io mi sono commossa!
It's really like this......last 16th of July at the wedding of the fantastic Mattias and Gloria i got emotional.Le ragioni sono tante, tantissime:
Tutto è iniziato il 7 giugno dello scorso anno quando una gentile ragazza scrisse " Salve mi chiamo Gloria. Io e il mio compagno avremmo deciso di sposarci l'anno prossimo a giugno e ci piacerebbe che venisse organizzato da un wedding planner, pero'abbiamo alcuni problemi e volevamo sapere se potevate aiutarci..." e la grande macchina organizzativa si è messa in funzione!
Tante e-mail e tante piacevoli telefonate (accompagnate dal dolce sottofondo di Christofer, il bellissimo bimbo degli sposi) hanno fatto sì che ogni dettaglio del matrimonio venisse organizzato come era scritto nei sogni dei due ragazzi. Ma la cosa che sicuramente è cresciuta tra me e Gloria è stata la grande simpatia e stima reciproca che è culminata in un lungo abbraccio che ho avuto con il padre e la madre della sposa appena ci siamo incontrati alla cena della vigilia...sembrava che ci conoscessimo da sempre, tanto la sposa aveva parlato a loro di me!
The reasons are many, lots of it:
Everything began on the 7th of june last year when a very polite girl wrote "Hi, my name Gloria. My partner and I decided to get married next year in june and we would like to have it organize by a wedding planner, though we might have some problem and we would like to know if you could help out...."and the big organizing machine started to work!
Lots of e mails and many pleasant phone calls (in the background the belssful sound of Christofer, the cute baby of the newlyweds)made possible that every single details happened as the wedding couple just dream about it. But one thing that really grew between Gloria and I was an amazing friendship and respect which had his peak in a long hug between the mom and dad's bride and me on the night before the big day.....it seemed we knew each other since very long time, the bride had talked so much about me.Certo "le mele non cadono lontano dalla pianta" e le meravigliose caratteristiche di Gloria non potevano essere che il frutto di una stupenda famiglia.
Ecco la sposa mentre si rimira le calzature....tanto importanti per lei!!
True is "apples don't fall so far from the tree" and her marvelous character couldn't just be coming from her great family.
Here is the bride while is checking her shoes.....so important for her!!
Ma non vi ho ancora parlato di Mattias!!!!
Che dire? E' svedese e, oltre ad essere il 26enne più maturo che abbia mai conosciuto ed il più giovane pilota dell'aeronautica civile svedese, è sicuramente tra le persone più gentili e serene che io abbia mai conosciuto. Anche in questo caso ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare una famiglia svedese "allargata" meravigliosa, della quale ho potuto ammirare la voglia di partecipare attivamente alle nozze, rispettando e volendo approfondire usi e costumi dei matrimoni italiani.
But i still haven't talked about Mattias!!!!
What to say? He is Swedish and, over being the 26year old guy most mature and conscious and the youngest pilot of the Swedish Civil Airforce, he is definitely one of the most kind and calm person i ever known.
Even in this case i got the fortune to met the family, marvelous as well, of whom i could see the desire to get actively involved in the wedding, respecting and willing to learn more about the tradition of the Italian ceremony. Ma veniamo al matrimonio....
But let's get to the wedding....
Il tema della giornata non poteva che essere il viaggio, dato che anche Gloria ha avuto a che fare con viaggi e aerei in qualità di hostess...
e i colori scelti sono stati il bianco e il lilla.
The theme of the day was obviously the travel, since Gloria has to do with trips and plane being an hostess herself..and colors choose white and lilac.La location identificata come ideale per le nozze con rito civile è stata il Castello di Miasino sul lago d'Orta:

Durante il rito la madre di Mattias ha letto una lettera indirizzata agli sposi con la quale ha messo a dura prova la commozione di tutti...tra cui la mia!!!
During the civil rite the mother of Mattias read a letter to Mattias and Gloria which really made everybody emotional......included me!
Poi gli sposi si sono letti reciprocamente alcune frasi con la quali hanno obbligato tutti a recuperare dei fazzoletti....l'amore di questi ragazzi trapelava da ogni virgola!
Then the couple read each other few frases which obliged every single person to look of for a tissue..... the love of this guys was overflowing!
A seguire la festa è cominciata con un aperitivo nel parco sempre accompagnato da un violino e da un clavicembalo...
Afterward the party started with an aperitif in the park still accompany by the violin and the cembal...La cena invece è stata servita nelle sale del castello allestite con composizioni di orchidee viola che hanno fatto innamorare tutti i presenti.
Dinner instead was served in the dining room of the castle prepared with flower arrangment, violet orchids, which made everybody fall in love with the couple.
Gli ospiti hanno potuto identificare il proprio posto leggendo il nome sul tableau appositamente studiato per gli sposi: un set di valigie con relative destinazioni!!!
The guests could identified the proper seats reading their name on the tableau promptly created just for them: a travel suitcase set with destination on it!!!
Ogni destinazione identificava un tavolo, sul quale un tabellone delle partenze mostrava agli ospiti il nome della città
Each destination was related to a table, on which a departing board was showing the guest the name of the city
Anche per il tavolo di degustazione dei confetti ad identificare i gusti erano state collocate delle piccole valigette lilla
Even the sweet treat table had has place card a small suitcase.
Come bomboniera Gloria e Mattias hanno scelto di regalare un ottimo vino delle zone novaresi della casa vinicola Zanetta. Le bottiglie sono state personalizzate con un disegno del Castello di Miasino.
As wedding favor Gloria and Mattias went for a good bottle of wine branded Zanetta. The bottle personalize with a draw of the castle itself.
Porterò sempre nel mio cuore questo dolcissimo matrimonio che mi ha dato la possibilità di conoscere delle persone meravigliose, che sono sicura continueranno a far parte, per quanto possibile, della mia vita.

The creator of all of it was you Eli.....my great friend....for us!!Rather then the cold adjective "Wedding Planner". I think there are no words to thank you, you make our wedding just as we wanted, as our friend said an HOLLYWOOD MOVIE, all the details, the tableau, the flowers, everything was just perfect! A special thanks to your parents too... WHAT A COUPLE!Very sweet and nice. For us you really were like part of the family, cried with us, laugh with us. Beautiful. Thank you soooo much and a big hug from all of us.
